This Privacy Policy explains how Focus Revolution ("we", "us", "our") collects,
uses, and protects information when you use the Learngram mobile application
(the "App", Android package com.driplearning.android). By using the App you agree to
the practices described here.
Plain-language summary. Learngram helps you build healthier digital habits by
showing short learning moments when you open distracting apps. To do this the App needs to detect
which app is in the foreground and how much you use certain apps. We use your Google account only
to sign you in and sync your progress. We do not sell your data, and we do not record your screen,
keystrokes, messages, or the content inside other apps.
Google Sign-In data — when you sign in, Google provides your name, email
address, and a unique account identifier. We use this to create and secure your account.
2.2 App-usage and on-device activity
To deliver its core feature — interrupting distracting apps with a learning moment — the App
processes the following on your device:
Foreground app detection (Android Accessibility Service and Usage Access /
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) — the App detects which application is currently open
and basic usage duration, so it knows when to show an intervention. It checks this against a list
of apps you choose to manage (e.g. social media apps).
Installed-app list — the App queries for a limited set of apps you may want to
manage so it can offer them as options.
In-app activity — lessons viewed, progress, streaks, and settings you choose.
What the Accessibility Service does and does not do. Learngram uses Android's
Accessibility API solely to detect the foreground application package name so it can trigger a
learning intervention at the right moment. It does not read, log, collect, or
transmit the content of your screen, your keystrokes, passwords, messages, or anything you type or
view inside other apps. No screen content leaves your device.
2.3 Technical and analytics data
Diagnostic / analytics events (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous or
pseudonymous events about how the App is used (e.g. screens opened, features used) to improve the
product.
Device and connection data — device model, OS version, app version, and
network state needed for the App to function and sync.

4. How information is stored and shared
Account and progress data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore,
Cloud Functions, Remote Config, Analytics, App Check), provided by Google LLC, acting as our data
processor. Foreground-app detection is processed on your device; only the data needed to run your
account and progress (such as lessons completed and settings) is synced to our backend.
We share information only:
with service providers (Google Firebase) that host and operate the App on our behalf;
where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety;
in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition), under the same protections.
Learngram may be used by children. We are committed to complying with the U.S. Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play's Families Policy, and similar laws.
We collect only the information needed to provide the App's educational and habit-building
features, as described above.
We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising and we do
not sell children's personal information.
We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is reasonably necessary.
Parents and guardians may review their child's information, request its deletion, and refuse
further collection by contacting us at
abhishek.focusrevolution@gmail.com.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact
us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Data retention
We keep account and progress data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your
account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where
retention is required by law.
7. Your rights and choices
Access / deletion — request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Permissions — you can revoke the Accessibility, Usage Access, and Notification
permissions at any time in your device settings; some features will stop working without them.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, authenticated access, and
Firebase App Check to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure,
but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating
the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
